Refund And Cancellation

Gift16 - Refund And Cancellation Policy:
To be eligible for a refund of the amount paid, order cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the actual delivery time. Once the 48-hour delivery window begins, no refunds will be issued. Once a Courier Product has been sent, cancellation is not available, and once a Personalised Product order has been submitted, cancellation is not possible.

3. Cancellation shall be initiated if wecare@Gift16.com receives a formal order cancellation request.
4. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
A.The order has been cancelled.
B. The order could not be delivered to the addressee.
(This does not include unfounded recipient cases)
C. If there is a complaint about the quality of the delivered product, we will investigate, and if it is confirmed, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.
A refund may only be sought in the case of a service failure; our team will determine whether an order qualifies for a refund, and our management's decision is final. The refund amount cannot exceed the amount paid by the customer, and we are not responsible for any loss or claim exceeding the amount paid by the customer.
In the case of cancellation, a 5% fee will be assessed.
A refund cannot be requested for any reduced or exempted amount.
Any additional funds credited to Gift16's account may be used for order enhancement but are non-refundable.
In all situations involving Cancellation and Refund, Gift16 shall have the last say.
Gift16 reserves the time to alter its Cancellation And Refund Policy at any time. If we make any significant changes to how we use your personal information, we will tell you by email or a prominent notice on our site.
In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD), you will only get a refund in the form of Gift16 points. Refunds may be whole or partial depending on the circumstances. Only if the order is cancelled after delivery and we receive payment against it will you get a refund.
